Flood prevention practical drills have been carried out in multiple locations, and "black technology" equipment has restructured the rescue process.
Wenzhou City simulated a scenario of a super typhoon and conducted the first test of the drainage linkage mechanism at the county and city levels: When the local "dragon suction water" equipment was insufficient, the municipal level dispatched 1,500 high-altitude and 3,000 vertical rescue vehicles to provide cross-regional support, responding to the underground garage water accumulation emergency within 30 minutes.
During the emergency rescue operation in Chahe River in Beijing by the China Specialized Rescue Team, vehicle-mounted patrol and inspection vehicles were deployed to detect pipe collapse leakage through electromagnetic wave technology; unmanned survey vessels generated a three-dimensional model of the breach area in real time, supporting precise sealing decisions. The drills confirmed the "human-machine collaboration and data-driven" approach, which is reshaping the flood prevention process.
